Zebra62: I
*love* the 20-gauge!
I once got to handle a Wilson scattergun-modified 20-gauge 870... If I'd had the money...!
Nice work there. I'm finally going to take another refresher defensive shotgun class with my recently-installed EOTech IFL. Great 870s! Thanks for the pics.

I also went ahead and did the barrels on my handguns as well...
Awesome work on your sidearms nbk13nw. I am still working on mine as I do not have it quite where I want it. Gotta get more rouge. Even though polishing these pieces doesn't necessarily improve the function of all weapons, it does show overwhelming pride in ownership. Excellent work.

Thanks, DaveC. The 20 actually belongs to my wife, Gypsy. She won't let me do much in the way of upgrades or appearance, but as long as I can improve performance she's all for it.

Pretty fancy. I gotta ask, have you fired that thing in that configuration yet? I'm not quite sure about the optic with the pistol grip, kinda seems redundant because if you fire that thing anywhere near your face your gonna break your nose. Just an observation...

Oh I have fired it with the grip. It is fine, even shot slugs. You just don't hold it too close to your face. I haven't fired it with the Heatshield yet though. However there is no optic, it is a mount. Actually the picatinny riser is see through so I can see the rifle sights, so it is almost an optic.

reeps, looks very futuristic aggressive! Though, I prefer classic stock, pistol grip without stock is painful for my wrists.

One last look at my tacticool 870. I've got most of my new parts, and am going to put a simpler and more effevtive 870 together.

But I'm curious, can I simple polish the Breech Bolt without risk some corrosion?

Is that a 12 or 20, I would say that it is a 12 because of the 6 rd side saddle shell holder.
