hey everyone,
Just wanted to say that I fixed the issue, or rather somebody else fixed the issue as I brought it back to the store and it was unrepairable, the guy said it was a defect and gave me a new one on the spot, which I stripped down entirely and put back together and the issue didn't return, which shows I was putting it together correctly as I thought.

It certainly is a relief to use this shotgun and it have no issues, can't wait to shoot this thing

I'm glad I stumbled upon this post, I've had the same issue for about a year now and gave up on it. Then seen this post and decided heck with it I'm check this on mine and wouldn't cha know it mine was like the bottom picture. Put it back the proper way and bam perfect. Thanks for the pics and thanks for the info.
