I believe that one is custom made, but Pro-Mag makes a 3 shell carrier.

Here is mine, got a light for it but no rail yet for the Magpul forend, did have a Mako Fab defense on there but it was not to my liking. It was a great product but just not me on a shotgun.
Magpul makes great products. I like the look and feel of my 870 now. Cannot wait for my new Wold spring to come in. Already got the ATI Talon stock with the Scorpion recoil grip. New GG&G Follower stainless. NoN-MIM extractor. 2 shot Remington Extension kit. Tacstar Side saddle.
