Hello from a Bavarian 870 Fan

Hello community,

I'm a new Remington 870 user and very exited about it.
I use it for hunting and hope, I can get some valuable information about my new toy.

In Germany there are not many pump-action shotguns in use.
It's still an ultraconservative over/under shotgun country , but I think it changes steady.

It was very difficult to get a Remington in my preferred hunting configuration (Police, Wood, 20'', 4+1, strap bails) so I did a compromise and go with a standard Express Tactical.

Maybe the availability will be better here in future, so I can upgrade.

Welcome to the forum.

Police 870s are classy shotguns, but you can often find Police wood furniture for sale if you want to have that look with your Express.

My wife's relatives are from the "Fränkische Schweiz" there in the northern part of Bavaria.

that is bavarian for swivel holder (?), sling swivel (?), sling swivel holder (?) I got no idea about the right expression.
But I definitely like swivels and bails.
