Today I think I stumbled upon a good score. An older Express with aluminum trigger guard, non dimpled magazine tube and a non MIM extractor.

Very sweet score!!! Love the darker color on the furniture. I wish I could trip over a find like this, but my luck isn't so good.

This one I am going to morph into an old school wood riot gun.
Have an 18" IC Parkerized barrel on the way and a Cobb forend. I have a wood stock I will cut down to a shorter LOP soon.

Thats a sweet old 870, especially with all the improvements most of us do our newer 870s. I think it looks good as is, but thats whats great about all 870's, they're so easy to modify, and they always work. Good find, looks nice!
