Im quite confident that your having the same issue as me. With mine port up it would just throw the shell around in the port. The new extractor launches them pretty good in all positions. I got pretty good at slapping shells out of the port with the faulty extractor lol. I changed nothing else that would affect ejection. Sounds like you got the standard Express feature of a poorly machined barrel causing extraction issues solved so you should be good to go after this.

Yeah the barrel and chamber seem fine if not perfect. Barrel is almost 100% free of blemish (at least to the naked eye) and the chamber has been polished and I keep my shotgun very clean.

Like I said earlier, I only had ONE shell not want to fully eject and even then it still fell from the port... it just took a split second. However, that split second can mean a LIFE-time.

I think that changing the extractor is a good idea, especially for under $20 with shipping. It was an upgrade I planned on doing anyway.

I will let you know how goes.

Just placed the order for the Non-MIM Extractor. Now that it is FINALLY back in stock LOL Hoping that it fixes my little problem. Thanks again for the help Ken.
