Non-mim extractor/stainless follower issue

I dropped a 2 3/4" she'll into open chamber lifted the follower and pumped the gun normally (not slow) and I was able to replicate the jam. Also for kentactic, yes all pics were done to illustrate but I'm pumping the shotgun at normal speed. Not sure if the pics will help. I'm going to the range tmw with the mim extractor. Pretty sure ill have to return/exchange part.

Guys, for the past couple of hours I've just been pumping the hell out of the gun without shells and now with and it's going smoother. Still sticking with the MIM but I REALLy appreciate all the responses/help.
