Thanks for reading my questions.
1. Is the trigger assembly for the 20 gauge 870 the same size as the 12 gauge? What about 1100 trigger assemblies, Are they the same size?
2. I’m looking for a youth stock for a 28 gauge 870 but can only find 20 gauge youth stocks. Are they the same size?
Thanks again!

Re: 2 questions
Hello, I think I could answer your questions.
1. The trigger assembly for the Remington 870 20 gauge is not the same size as the one for the 12 gauge. They are not interchangeable. The same applies to the Remington 1100 trigger assemblies. The 20 gauge and 12 gauge trigger assemblies have different dimensions and are specific to their respective gauges.
2. The youth stocks for the Remington 870 20 gauge and 28 gauge are typically the same size. The physical dimensions of the receiver and stock are similar between the two gauges, allowing for interchangeability in many cases. Therefore, a 20 gauge youth stock should generally fit a 28 gauge 870. However, it's always recommended to verify compatibility or consult with the manufacturer or a gunsmith to ensure a proper fit and function.
