year made 870lw 20ga rem.

i picked up 2 -remington 870 20ga magnums, I'm trying to find the year made. barrel stamp on one is ax the other is pir, both in new condition in the original boxes
any thoughts

Not always accurate as sometimes the barrel is a different year than the receiver.
