2 Round Magazine Extension

I have a new 870 Home Defense. I want a 2 round extension and now that I've read here, I want a barrel clamp and and light, preferably one that connects to the barrel clamp. It looks like I need to remove the dimples that retain the spring. What is the best way to do that with minimum damage? Best recommendation for value on an extension, clamp, and light? Thanks.

I used a hand drill.

Be careful as it is easy to bugger the hole. Go slow and little pressure.

You might try the following for a light and clamp, both are on Amazon.... Elzetta ZSM Tactical Flashlight Mount, StreamLight 88850. As far as an extension... try Wilson Combat

All my shotties have Fore-end/weapon lights (Surefire). Can't go wrong. My HD pistola carries a Streamlight. They both are totally bullet proof. Surefire will add some weight but I actually find they balance my shotties nicely. You can't go wrong with either, IMHO

BTW - I should have an extra +2 mag extension (Wilson) Available very soon. Waiting for my 2nd 870 which is at VangComp. I was promised a remy extention upon it's return. Brand new! Stay tuned!
