Where to find +3 blued extension?

I am looking for it and I cannot find it - I have 20 inch barrel Wingmaster and as far as I know +3 rds should fit. Do you know any shop having it in stock and can ship to Poland?

Also, i have posted a few pictures here: https://rem870.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=4035. You may notice i have a WM (late 70's vintage) with 20" barrel, too, it came with a Choate (older one) +3 extension, which fit flush with the barrel. Remington's non-flush will stick out a bit past the muzzle. I would like to install it, but cannot find proper bracket: the new ones have different "offset" to accommodate new shotguns. Older 870s have a different distance between axis of barrel and tube. Aftermarket clamps/brackets may work, but won't look "stock".

Not a clue without details such as weight, delivery address. The member above indicated they might have one, and if so they should be able to ship to you. Have you tried other European suppliers?
