A black sharpie is a temporary fix, but the black ink will wear off over time and with cleanings. No big deal really, most people just live with it.
It is the new normal. 20 years ago that would have never left the factory. With cost cutting and making stuff quicker and cheaper it has become the norm. It will not hurt the functionality or the longevity of the shotgun, just looks bad. Sadly it is part of the new American business model.Nicolai wrote: ↑Thu Sep 02, 2021 9:38 pmThanks alotBanshee wrote: ↑Thu Sep 02, 2021 8:56 pm It is Silver soldier holding the barrel support ring in place. if it bothers you Brownells used to sell and still may have a chemical that will blacken it somewhat.
