Barrel for 1962 / 1989 20 Ga Wingmaster

I have my father's 870 wingmaster S/N BJ 7 which I think makes it's mfg date 1962 or 1989.

I've been looking for a replacement barrel and only find vent ribs, expresses, etc.

Will these barrel fit my father's gun?
