Remington 870DM Question

Hope I didn’t mess up but just purchased a used 870DM Tac-14 on Gunbroker because it had 3 six round DM magazines which are going for nearly $300 a piece online. I’ve been looking for some extra mags for over year!

From everything I can find they are interchangeable with full-size DM models. Does anyone know for sure if the Tac-14 mags will fit the full size DM?

Thanks! That’s what I thought but had someone on another site tell me that the DM Tac-14 was narrower. Now feeling better!

How do you find the balance of the DM with the shells' weight straight down versus the standard mag tube?

Honestly it is very well balanced. I will admit took a minute to get used to mag hanging down, but it’s a good shooter and feeds flawlessly. I bought it for bedroom gun, and like I can just slap a mag into it and remove when grandchildren are in the house without worrying if I left one in the tube. It’s also nice at night on the farm when taking dog out and coyotes howling... lol
