Who makes the best quality pistol grip? Pachmyer, Hougue?

My old Speedfeed II worked well for a long time.

I used a Mesa tactical kit for a while. I figured out a standard stock works much better. Now i use a Hogue Shortened LOP stock.

In my opinion the best is the houge tamer pistol grip. But if you're looking for a pistol grip stock look no further than the mesa tactical urbino stock, the pistol grip section is rubber and very comfortable, durable and ergonomic. It also comes with a limb saver butt pad and 3 different sling attachments.

I've used the Hogue, Pachmyr and TacStar PG's and prefer the Pachmyr. It fits my hand better. However any pistol grip is difficult to use and requires special attention when racking the foregrip. I used an entry weapon several years ago that used a PG that was wood and reshaped from a stock. It was a hand full.

I have a Hogue Tamer pistol-grip for my shotgun, and I like it, but strictly as a recreational accessory. I would never use it in any situation where I needed to be able to rely on my gun. If I did have a role where I absolutely needed the short overall length, I would get a pistol-grip with a folding stock.

Speedfeed birds head stock is a stock with a unique angle that makes it easier on the wrist than the standard pistol grip design.

Hogue for sure, Mako if you want Pistol Grip Storage, and good ergonomical fit in you're hand.
