Here’s a shot of the shell lifter, the slotted one is the newer style that helps prevent certain types of shell jams.

Happen to be going through old photos and came on this.
In the Philippines it’s common to see Security Guards (not Police) at the Mall toting shoguns like the one in the photo or nice shiny ones kinda like the 870 Marine. Sometimes even the Crossing Guards will have one, you just see them everywhere it seems like.

My 870 I mostly use her for rabbit hunting but anything I need a shotgun for she gets used.

Love the Magpul stock, but it's so front heavy. Going to put the Sportsman wood fleur-de-lis stock set on it.Image

I’ve got a few. Most I still do, some I sold. Some aren’t pictured. :)

Been looking through forums and videos regarding a good replacement cup follower for my newer wood stock 870 home defense. I figure this might not be the place to ask, but didn't want to start a boring rehash thread. After reading about mag extensions, dimples, etc., I'm confused. If dremeling is required, I don't want to do it to my 870HD. I just want a strong, slick cup follower, preferably stainless, but aluminum will do. Would greatly appreciate advice. Sorry if this is the wrong thread to ask. Mea culpa.

DRILL, BABY, DRILL! Those dimples can be drilled out and burrs smoothed out with a sanding drum and polishing drum. I have reshaped the dimples at a customers request as well by using lube and a undersized socket as a backer. Then I hammered them to shape with a brass punch and gunsmith hammer. The stock follower was used and a factory extension was added. He’s a happy customer.

Pic of post drilling and deburring.

And this drilling is required for the 870HD that comes stock with a 6-shell magazine tube? Why isn't there an aftermarket follower that inserts like the stock follower? I still don't get it.
