Hello, it has been 3 months since I have placed my order and I have yet to receive the below item... Emails are going unanswered.

Please ship the missing jumbo safety or issue a refund.

hello, i finally received my order but the Remington 870 Jumbo Safety (870-JMBO-SF) was not included in the package. the receipt has "safety and follower" hand written and $28 for total price. can you please send me the safety to the same

I have been not very well this year and have been in and out of hospital all year, this combined with a very large growth in our company,i have had too rely on my partner and some part time staff and do what i canwhen able
I got you last email the other day and will make sure that the missing part is out to you early next week

Things from this point should be going alot smoother.
