Hello All , I got 1 more 870 arriving in a few days . This be my 3rd in 2 weeks . But hold on I have a chance to buy a mint 99% 1965 870 for 450.00 shipped . Im thinking to buy it as most are priced about 400.00 and up . What you all think . Thanks John

Yesterday I picked up a near mint 1972 870 wingmaster 12 gauge 28 inch mod. choke.
Unfortunately I had to pay more than I wanted! $500!
My local gun store just reopened after being shut down since March 26.
Slim picking's most everything that was on the shelf's two week ago is gone!
I think I overpaid but I wanted it real bad! All original, beautiful walnut stock and forend!
Now I need to find a 18 inch barrel for home defense.
New to the forum, but not new to Remington 870's

Guys years ago I purchased from a pawn shop what I believe to be a 1965 wingmaster magnum... can anyone confirm it is indeed a 1965. I dot have the originals barrel anymore serial# is 669865M. M is for magnum? It also has a rib onto of the receiver.

I will have to take pictures its a beauty well used and shows character especially on the wood stocks. Pictures to come and thanks in advance.
