Magpul barrel and mag extension clamp

Hey fellas I ordered a magpul forward sling mount this morning for my 870from ebay shortly after doing so I realized that the one I ordered was for a mossberg 590a1.i can't imagine it won't work but looking for some confirmation that it will do the job I bought it for. Does anyone know for sure?

No experience with the Mossbergs. I'd message the seller and tell them of your error and ask to swap in an 870 set-up before it ships. Or ask about returns.

The seller (nimrod wares)got back to me and confirmed that it would not likely work for me however they were very understanding with me considering its already on its way here. They only asked me to refuse and return to Sanderson they could send the appropriate ⁸⁷⁰ model
