Hello, looking for an excellent condition 12ga, 26”, VR, fixed choke Skt barrel for a Wingmaster. Willing to pay premium price for the right barrel.

Offhand, why fixed choke? Why not a barrel with the RemChokes so you can adjust it to your shooting?

Good question. I’ve been shotgunning for close to 60 years. You name it, I’ve likely owned or own it.

I shot high level sporting for 22 years with a fixed choke Perazzi. My current dedicated clays gun has screw chokes, but as I wind down, I enjoy the simplicity of the fixed choke guns. They’re not a hindrance to me.

I recently picked up an 870 Clark. Put a nice old (and heavier) 30” full on it for trap, have a 28” Mod for sporting, and am looking for a 26” Skt. To complete it. I put an older nice trigger group I had laying around, and now have ‘franken70’:-).

Okay, understand now. Nothing wrong with doing your guns the way you like. And nothing wrong with 8franken70's either, I'm in the midst of a project gun myself. Enjoy! I'll keep looking for a skeet barrel too.

I have an 870 skeet barrel on my wingmaster. I would trade the barrel for another vent rib barrel with chokes . I would want a barrel that has the nice blueing to replace the one I have. May be we can make a deal. Let me know. JEFF PS will sell the complete gun for $400 plus shipping.
