I ordered an 870 on 2-28-18 I sent the ffl that day which they confirm they have. They've now had my money and the ffl going on five days now. They're communication is severely lacking and I just want my product or money back. I'm going to give this thing until the end of this week to resolve. If it doesn't I'm going to file a fraud complaint against guns midwest and Scott Hamblin the owner with the Overland Park Kansas police department.
This is ridiculous. I've never waited this long on any firearm.

They finally shipped late yesterday. Apparently the hold up is they don't actually have these guns in stock. They've got to order them from distributors.

To add to this when I questioned them about it they were rude about it. They basically said for me to go jump in the lake but in more colorful verbiage.

Dude, I've used them before with fantastic results and pricing. They tell you right up front that if you mail payment they will ship once the check clears. Pretty reasonable business decision. Nobody is just going to ship out expensive items before the payment goes thru. If you need gun that fast go get robbed at your local gun store. Until then, get a grip or you will be unhappy with everything...haha

They have no idea what customer service means. I bought a case and they shipped it without original packaging and it arrived literally in a "open box condition". And they stopped responding when I asked for a refund. These scumbags..

So did you get your refund of issue solved? In 99% of these forum "reviews" people jump immediately to internet to bash companies with impatience but fail to fairly follow up. Just curious. Like I said, they have been more than honest with me and much easier to deal with than shops or the big guys like Buds....
