If the link posted correctly I had to share. Just bought one myself. They had folding stocks but they sold out.

Scratch that. They sold out on the other 1199 in 5 hours.

I snagged a full stock one.

I have a feeling there are gonna be tons of bayonet lugs, furniture, and barrels on ebay in the very near future.

They will do what they wish with their purchases but I find it sad that these will be parted out.

That was fast. Of course a new-in-box 870 Synthetic isn't much more than those listed, and comes with a warranty and no worn-out parts. Still if you needed a truck gun or somesuch, it might have been a great deal.

I’m sure you’re not comparing the quality of a 70’s Wingmaster and a modern day Express as being equal?

And as mentioned the bayonet lug is something that may people have sought for many years, as it was unobtainium.

Ordered one of the folders right after I got the email.

Picked it up today...I hit the ONG lottery. Mine has an "Unservicable (repairable)" tag for missing "buttstock locking pin" "Parts ordered".

Well apparently the pin went missing shortly after they obtained the firearm and the parts never showed up so this one was dumped with the rest when sold. It is in near pristine condition...except for the missing parts.

Actually this is the reason I joined the forum this evening. I have a lathe and the skill to use it but it would be great if someone who owns a folding stock would be kind enough to remove it from their stock (temporarily) and make a simple dimensioned sketch so that I can turn a replacement without trial and error. Can anyone reading this help me out ? I will post a similar request in the Gunsmithing section.

Don't know that my photo does it justice but it is clean!

I can’t help you with measurements but I found this image of the part:

Is it possible to buy the parts from a police folder and use them?
