Clay Target Thrower

I just took my new 870 out yesterday to the range. I found a few soda bottles to shoot up. But I thought it would be more fun to shoot at some clays. I'm retired and don't have anyone to pull the cord on a thrower for me. So... It there a thrower (low cost) that a guy can operate and shoot by himself without doing some dangerous moves?

I have not used this one myself, but I have read really good reviews about it. Either way you go you have chosen one of my most favorite stress relievers.
