HomeDefense in Germany ;)
HomeDefense in Germany ;)
Hello Everybody from Germany,
Some days ago I brought a second Remington 870.
In detail a „second hand“ Express Tactical.
As mentioned my second Remington 870.
My first one is a ordinary, old fashioned hunting-version.
First of all I changed the „Tactical-Choke“ and installed a ImprovedCylinder-Choke from Remington and a Police-Buttstock
Then I took the Aloy-Triggergroup of my old 870 and the non-MIM-extractor and changed these old-fashioned parts with the newer ones out of my Express-Tactical.
And after that I installed a TacStar-Sidesaddle.
So far I went to the Shooting-Range and after 250 Shots of pure fun I wenn home with a bright smile in my Face.
The only thing I miss is a Streamlight 69903 MagTubeRail (Isn‘t available in Germany... )
The Punisher you can see on the receiver is from the first owner of the shotgun...
I hope you‘re able to follow me
Best regards
Andreas

I am able to follow you.
That is a fine looking shotgun. It should hold up nicely to a lifetime of happy shooting while defending yourself and family with it.

Ausgezeichnet!
No way to remove the "Punisher" Battalhão de Operacões Especiais caveira totenkopf?
I especially like the front sight you've got installed on that scattergun.

I like the „Punisher“ too...
Has anybody an idea how to attach a picatinny rail to the forend?
Screws, glue, a combination?
Best regards

The next steps...
I asked, if someone knows a method to attach an picatinnyrail to the PoliceForend
I found an answer...
A magpul-rail, JB-Weld, a dremel, a screw, Endfest 300 (a german 2-compound-glue) and an hour at the working table:

Re: HomeDefense in Germany ;)
After the Rail I made some thougts about a sling...
I made myself a 3-point-„HK-Style“-sling out of an old AK47-sling, some Uncle Mike‘s swivel swings and a fastex clip

Re: HomeDefense in Germany ;)
I‘m VERY satisfied with the result and even my wife said, that this gun looks very intimidating to her...
So I hope that I never NEED this gun, but I‘m very calmed that I HAVE it...
Best regards from Germany
