FOREND TUBE ASSEMBLY

Took my 870 out yesterday for some trigger therapy it did good. When I got home that night I was doing my routine cleaning when i notice when i tried to reassemble the forend tube assembly back into the receiver it would not slide in for some reason I checked the forend tube nut it was loose. The tube assembly is not sliding back on the ejector port side of the receiver. I'm guessing the rail on the tube assembly is slightly bent if so I really don't want to start bending parts back into place thinking maybe just buy a new tube assembly. Getting the fore-end assembly back into the receiver can be a little finicky. Before anything else, make sure you have everything lined up right, and you're pressing the shell latches in the proper sequence. See here if you need help with the procedure.
