Remington 870 ejector
Remington 870 ejector
Several years ago my gun fell out the truck while going down the road. It seems somehow that my ejector broke (not the spring but the housing). Can I get the rivet staking tools to remove the housing and the spring or will this require a gun smith? Other than road rash, a new stock and forearm this is the only thing broken. It is hard to pump sometime and I assume this is why. If I keep it oiled up really go it seems to work ok. The ejector housing seems to keep the barrel on straight also....making it easy to pump.

That video is what led me to this site. Very good video....just wanted to make sure I could remove the spring and housing and still use the same rivet afterwards. I hate to buy the tools if I need to use a gunsmith anyway.
