New to Shotguns

Hello from Texas! I just bought my first shotgun at 42 years old. Its an 870 that was built back in 1981 that looks like its almost never seen the field. I've taken my 870 out to shoot clays twice and love it. I primarily bought the shotgun to learn to hunt. I need to get my license and hit dove season before its over.
