Hi to all.

My big question is, what choke do I use for "Rifled Slugs" in 12 gauge smooth bore barrel? Came with Mod installed, my intended use is home defense.Thank you

If you're talking about normal lead Foster slugs, your Modified choke should work without a problem, but you may have better results with an Improved Cylinder or Cylinder tube. It's a bit hard to say, since different Foster slugs can do best in different chokes. If there's one particular brand of slugs you prefer to shoot, you can contact the manufacturer for a recommendation. In any case, an IC choke is a useful one to have around.
