I think that's a Truglo universal turkey sight kit that clamps to the vent rib on the barrel.

When I look at the Williams ace in the hole it looks like the is an extra piece of the back of the sight compared to your picture? and I cant use those truglo clamp versions do to I do not have that type of barrel.
