870 SPS Shurshot Slug Gun
I'm purchasing one of these this year and I have a question about it. My primary use will be for Deer. The Slug Barrel is pinned to the Receiver. Can I swap out the Barrel, for a Turkey Barrel for Turkey Season. Does the Turkey Barrel get pinned as well.

Yes, the Super Slug can accept any other standard 12ga 870 barrels. No, you should not use the screw with other barrels, as they aren't going to have a hole to accept that screw. Just install other barrels the same way you would with other 870 receivers, and leave the screw out.
That screw is there to keep the slug barrel from moving relative to the receiver-mounted scope. This can improve shot-to-shot consistency with advanced spin-stabilized slugs, but shouldn't make any meaningful difference when firing shot loads out of a smoothbore barrel.
Are you planning on using one optic for both slug & turkey hunting?

I was planning on a scope for the slug gun and iron sights for the turkey barrel. Any suggestions would be appreciated. some have suggested getting the Turkey Gun with the red dot and then get a slug barrel for that. The difference would be that I could shoot 3.5's out of the Turkey Gun where I would be limited to 3 inch out of the slug gun. The main thing I would use this gun for would be deer hunting.

I'd say it depends on whether you want a slug gun that doubles as a turkey gun, or the other way around.
If you really like that massive pinned Super Slug barrel for deer hunting, I would say start with the Super Slug model. Other 870 receivers will need to be modified to let you pin that particular barrel on them, and for turkey hunting, 3" shells should be more than enough to get the job done unless you're forced to use nontoxic shot in your area. And if you want a red dot for turkey hunting, you can always mount one on the Super Slug receiver's Weaver rail.
A 3.5" SuperMag receiver wouldn't be too bad a starting point either, and here are other slug barrels with cantilever rails that are intended to hold zero without being pinned. They'll also keep their zero if you switch barrels, since the optic is mounted directly to the barrel.
Those cantilever barrels aren't as heavy-walled or long as the Super Slug barrel though, and if you use a receiver-mounted rail for a turkey optic, you might have to pull that entire thing off in order to accommodate a cantilever-mounted slug scope.
