Certainly is a thread full of sweet pictures. Love that Police Mag just posted. What a beauty!

The mount I'm using is an inexpensive aluminum rail I purchased on Amazon. I prefer the under-barrel position to avoid interference with my side sling. This style also leaves me with a clean shotgun when the light is not installed. I tried to use rail covers on the unused portion of the mount but that didn't work well. I then shaved off the unused rails with a dremel and refinished the mount with Duracoat. The original mount is this one:

I don't use the supplied attachment tape, the mount locks down nice and tight in my application.

Might as well make my first post here:

1978 Wingmaster with 18.5 Mossberg barrel and Remington +2 extention. Super clean for it's age.



Seems like a great place to hang out. Looking forward to getting to know everyone:)
