Rapid fire feed problem

Hello Everyone

My problem begin when I shoot in rapid fire, the magazine do not feed, is not a short stroke because i do half rack ( just extraction) full back and the shell remain in the magazine.
Just happens in rapid fire if i do slow or dry fire, feeds without problem.
I changed the full foreend assembly and both latch and the problem persist.
Maybe the problem begin when i changed the traditional forend for a hogue overmolded.
Or am i so fast ?? ( and cool )

Are you sure you're not short-stroking? I have heard that there can be some interference between the Hogue fore-end and the receiver, maybe this is showing up when you try to shoot the gun quickly. Try removing the fore-end and running the gun with just the bare fore-end tube assembly, and see if the problem persists.

You may also want to look at your magazine spring. If it's too weak, it might not be holding the shells against the shell latches under recoil.

I tend to think that's it, because is only during fire, a action bar poorly aligned will cause the problem even in dry fire i think , moreover the magazine spring is almost new, which is better, Nordic Components or Wolff?

Is the magazine spring, i installed the extension one with the normal cap and voila rapid fire works great....
So I think the 45" Nordic component spring is the best option.

I don't have any firsthand experience with the Nordic springs, but 45" gives you plenty to work with. Take it out to the range with a case of shells and cut it back bit by bit until you get your desired capacity without any rapid-fire feed problems.
