I recommend no one do business with S&J Hardware

Post by Sidney » Fri Aug 10, 2018 1:56 am

I contact them about a year ago looking to purchase a used vented rib barrel for my 12g Wingmaster and he repeated ignored my e-mails. Then when I stated I would warn others on various websites he came out with this excuse that he was out of the country yet his stories did not add up, and stated he would charge something like $60 or so to tap the barrel for chokes when you cannot do that. After waiting a long time I realized he lied to me and never got back to me as he never had a barrel to sell me. He is unprofessional and not honest.

I've never had any issue with these guys, their shipping was prompt and I love the product.

I've always had good experiences with S&J's products & service.

Also, it's absolutely possible to tab an 870 barrel for choke tubes, and $60 is not a bad price for the job.

They are bad and lied to me many times, I have the e-mails and see a recent post on Reddit about them:

I hope they go BANKRUPT. I don't like being lied to and so does everyone else.

S&J is having a 2-fer-1 sale right now at least on mag followers. I loved the Type 3 that I had in my Wingmaster, and just ordered a Type 1 and Type 3 for my Express Synthetic. So I got 2 of each as part of the sale, or 4-for-the-price-of-2. Now I'll have extras for my next 870.

Made my order online and a bunch of 870 followers (Type 1 and Type 3) showed up in the mail. Nary a hiccup. Good product, great price.... me = happy.
