Trouble ejecting shells

After I shoot a shell the gun hangs up about halfway through racking the shell out. Has any one ever seen a notch or pit in the receiver shown in photo 1 and zoomed in on in photo 2. I know it just looks like a white mark but it's actually pretty deep. Also what would cause the marks on the barrel at the top and bottom of photo three?

It's still under warranty should I send it back or can these areas be fixed with a dermal?

Are you talking about the notch in the back of the ejection port, or the line in the interior "ceiling" of the receiver? Both are normal signs of use, and should not be causing cycling problems.
