Need help on tactical set up

Post by Niesche19K » Tue Mar 20, 2012 4:41 am

Hello, I have a Mesa Tactical 6 shot shell holder and would like the full length tactical rail. See attachment: http://www.vortexdefense.com/Remington_ ... p/rb7r.htm
But my main problem is if or how they got that other shell holder to fit over the tactical rail. Just wondering if anyone knows how or if this is possible.

Thanks

Just looking at the pics, you can't use the shell holder with the built in rail.

That looks terribly heavy with all that gear loaded up on the shotgun...I'd certainly need to hit the gym prior to carrying that thing around.

I guess you can put my mesa tactical shell holder on it, and ya you got that right it is gonna be heavy. Now all I need is longer trigger plate screws. Does anyone know where I can get 1/2" ones?

As already stated KISS. It is very easy to get caught up in adding to many accesorys, they add weight and can effect mobility but don't make the firearm function any better. I would say spend your money on parts that can help performance.
Don't buy it if you can't sell it.

Agreed with all the others. There really isn't much point for a full length rail system, other than simply liking the looks if you're into that kind of thing. It says that it works with most shell holders, so maybe it comes with longer pins already? Best bet would be to contact them yourself and see what the deal is.

Why exactly are you looking to use this kind of product? Is there any particular reason other than visual appeal or dressing up a range toy?
