Drilled and tapped a rail, big saftey, new springs, tritium bead sight, walnut police furniture which I stripped and ebonized and opted to keep it glossy.
Sharp-looking Marine Magnum, Puinsai. What are you planning to install on that rail?

I found a Jim Jimerson. Is that him?
The REAL definition of GUN CONTROL - The ability to keep your sights on your target.

Ty Synchronizer. I have an Aimpoint Micro Dot that I can install if I decide to get "tacticool" but for my bedside the front bead is all that is needed.

I have had this one since 2004

- scattergun sights
- the metal loops are so i can use a magpul ms3 and go from a two to a one point sling
- the side saddles never worked well for me so i took the backplate off an old one and slapped some velcro on it

Been lurking for a while and this place was very helpful when it came time to purchase my first firearm. I decided my first would be for utility so I chose a shotgun for home defense.

Good friend of mine sold me his 1973 wingmaster that was in amazing shape. Seeing as how I was intending to go for home defense I decided I would modify it. At first I was very intrigued by all the tactical modifications but decided that will be later for a different gun. I wanted to stay true to the history and not to mention I had a good excuse (small crack in the stock) so I went with the walnut stock and ribbed forend along with the 18.5" LE barrel and +2 mag extension. Hope you guys like it!

Just an old 870P. I may or may not add a mag extention but ghost ring sights are almost a given.

Thought I'd wade in with a pic of mine. It's a pretty standard, internally stock 870P (built in 2004). The only add-ons to date have been the folding Remington stock, and the out-of-production EoTech REM250 (250 lumens) fore grip.

The folding stock can sure be a handful, so I'm looking to go back to the original walnut stock in the near future along with a +1 or +2 mag extension.
