Ha! Yeah, when I took my refresher defensive shotgun class in Central Texas, folks were weirded out by my "first generation" weapon light mounted on a bracket to the barrel! "There was a time before rails..."
I found the light adequate for my uses for years... In the end I got rid of it because I wanted a more "snag free" HD shotgun for my present living situation...
I suppose there will come a time when "flat dark earth" supplants all the black guns, no?

Love My Set! Always been a fan of Magpul and they didn't disappoint with these new options. I have every 870 accessory. Including the sling mounts and MS3 (Multi-Mission Sling) which is great for me. I love the ability to go from one point to two point in a second or two flat depending on practice. I would recommend all 870 Magpul Accessories.
