3d printed barrel clamp

Post by beiser555 » Mon May 22, 2017 8:28 am

Hi everyone!
What do you think about that barrel clamp? I made it by myself from ABS plastic, according to dimensions of my ATI mag extension. The ATI extension tube is too thick (about 28 mm), none of the clamp available on the market is fit to it. The manufacturer is not offering it's own clamp, explaining that it's not necessary for ATI extension, but we all know, if you want your shotgun rock and solid, you will need a clamp.
So, I decided to make my own 3d model and printed it. The clamp has two rail on each side, allows to mount anything you want on your shotgun, and it feels very solid, like it's made from aluminum (wall thickness is 4,5 mm). As you can see, it fits perfectly to ATI mag extension, after 50 shots, the clamp is not moving and scratching my barrel.
So, if you want some cheap clamp (it costs me about 10$), you can made it by yourself!

upload your photo on flickr (you need a yahoo email address if you don't already have one). It is totally free...

then from there, you can click the share button of the picture you want to post, copy the link, and post it here, like this:
