Magazine extension

I just bought a mag. extension that extends 1 ½’’ past my 18" barrel. Should I have any concerns?
Or should I go out and buy a 20” barrel?

You will be fine. The shot cloud does not spread that fast. The only drawback (other than astetics) to having a mag longer than the muzzle is the powder fouling that will get all over the tube.

I have a 20" with rifle sights, non rifled barrel if you are interested in a trad.... i have installed a scattergun +2 extension because i am planning to buy 18" barrel soon.... let me know if your interested.
