Sharing pieces from the past

Post by Sabbathu » Tue Jun 30, 2020 2:43 am

At the request of another member, I’d like to share my stable. Pieces of my past. My father handed these down to me when he passed in 1992. Treating them like gold now. I love my dad’s old guns but it’s time to build my own collection. I bought a Glock 19 last month and I just Ordered an 870 Express this week.

From left to right
Savage 24 D series 20 gauge /30-30 over n under
Winchester 12 gauge model 37A
Remington 788 in 308 win
Harrington and Richardson Topper model 158 12 gauge
Savage 410 / 22 over and under
Savage 24 series 20 gauge /22 over n under

(Not shown Ruger Security Six 357 Magnum, Glock 19)

Nice collection. I used to have a 788 in .308 also, a tack driver. One of Remington's best designs when they were known for craftsmanship, but the bi-weekly bankruptcy. Don't ever sell that one, you'll regret it.
