20" barrel datecode issue

I don't know if its original to this gun. Story is LE trade in from Austin , Texas. It has a police magnum receiver, 20", and speedfeed hardware with ser# etched parallel with rubber speedfeed buttpad. Barrel says ok for 3" with magnum receiver. Has REP on right side of barrel with magnaflux mark.
