Remington 870 Police Marine Magnum

Hello everyone would like to start a discussion on this particular model number 25047 which is police marine magnum with rifled sights. All thought I have researched the model and its a Police marine magnum. The weird thing is Remington doesn't have it on there website, is it only offered to law enforcement? Is it rare? I ask because I have just recently purchased this 870 and curious on the history and information. If you search the model you can buy it through certain FFL dealers but not directly from the manufacture. I am really excited in finding one and going to pretty much keep it original except for a jumbo safety, follower, new sights, flashlight. I will post picture soon. Thanks

None of those images are loading for me.

I would be interested in hearing if the Police Marine Magnum has all the special Marine Magnum internals, or if some of the parts like the extractor and carrier dog follower spring have been replaced with the Police versions.

I agree on your interest but I cannot find specs or information on it, the FFL dealer acquired it from Davidsons/ gallery of guns. I want to say it come from Remington law enforcement dealers.
