1974 2-3/4" Wingmaster Before...




I installed a new 870 Police bolt, bolt carrier, shell carrier, 18.5" improved cylinder barrel, factory +2 extension kit and a set of Magpul furniture. I also ground the ejector down from 2-3/4" length to 3" magnum length so I could use magnum shells if I wanted to. The ejector spring was also broke, so I installed a new one of those too. I also installed a Rem 1100 shell carrier spring for reliable feeding.








I've run probably a couple hundred rounds through it so far and after discovering that Winchester target loads should be avoided, it's running great!

Bought a 20 yr old 870 Police and refurbished it. Wanted to be sure the police i bought was from before Freedomgroup bought Remington. I Own A ton of AR’s and AK’s but no shotguns till now. Yes, my day job is in PHOTO
